We drive an hour home all upset and let down As we were driving home we called our credit card company they said there was nothing they could do. My two kids were devastated that the gift they bought their grandmother was a waste of money and my mother in law was upset and was left standing in the cold while we tried to figure this all out. All 5 of us left broken hearted and upset.

I pleaded please is their someone that can help me… they said no… get out. They said sorry nothing we can do call your credit card company and dispute it. I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to help us…I then asked for a refund for the tickets of which my kids paid for with their money. Get out…we were then told by security we needed to leave immediately. We asked can we be escorted by security directly to the theater, they said no there is nothing you or anyone can do. We said what?…website said that you have to be 21 years old to enter the casino not the theater they said no you can’t come in that they have no entrance without coming into casino. They said that my two sons were under age and they can’t come into the show. So here is the night of the show we go to walk into the show and they refused to let us in. They spent a total of $173.25 of their own money to take the family for the holidays to see their grandmother’s favorite singer.

My sons used their money and we purchased 5 tickets: myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, 14 year old son, and 15 year old son. So we went on the box office website, went to purchased 5 tickets for the show that is happening as we speak. Knowing that their grandmother is a huge fan said they wanted to buy her tickets for a Christmas present. So here is my story my two teenage sons ages 14 and 15 saw an advertisement for Tony Orlando coming to Parx Casino in PA. First let me start by saying that my mother in law is a huge fan!
